Fresh off #Lyftgate and $1,000 sign-up bonuses, Lyft sent out an e-mail today announcing new double sided driver referral bonuses. I know most of us get by driving primarily for Uber or maybe even just for Uber, but I think it’s a very good idea to diversify your income. You never know when your Uber account will go down or some other unforeseeable issue will arise.
From a business point of view, it also makes a lot of sense to have multiple sources of income. I even signed up and got approved with Postmates today! More on that next week though.

Lyft has always maintained a standard $50 bonus for new drivers after 20 rides but there are some new bonuses in certain cities that are significantly higher. I know that there will be some drivers who will definitely be able to take advantage of these new bonuses. [Read more…]
