Harry here. I read a few popular articles this week about passenger ratings with Uber and, for whatever reason, they always seems to strike a chord. Even though ratings don’t really matter that much for passengers, I think it’s human nature to want to know what others think about you. As more passengers become aware of their rating, the way we as drivers rate them matters more and more.
