“Christmas Lights Cheer Me Up While Driving”: Win $100 for Your Holiday Lights

As drivers, we notice a lot while we’re on the road. During the holiday season, we know many of you enjoy seeing the Christmas decorations on homes in the neighborhoods where you drive. Below, COO Scott Lieberman shares how rideshare drivers around the nation can celebrate this holiday season.

Driving this time of year can be kind of dreary, so seeing the Christmas spirit around neighborhoods where you drive helps.

I saw one driver on Reddit with a terrific idea. While driving, he keeps track of all the homes that have truly beautiful decorations. Then on Christmas Eve, he takes his family in the car to give them a tour.

I think that’s awesome.

So to brighten up the day for your fellow drivers, I’m asking you to snap pics of your favorite Christmas decorations in your area and post them to Facebook or Twitter or Instagram. Then, tag us! #RSGChristmas

We’ll add your photos to the blog!

Also, as a way to say bring holiday cheer, Harry (The Rideshare Guy) will send one random driver a $100 Amazon gift card. To enter, just share Christmas photos from your driving and tag us, #RSGChristmas. It’d be cool if you also tag your city like #Boston, #Houston, etc.

Also, reply with your “secret” locations in your city to find beautiful/amazing/crazy Christmas home decorations.

We’ll add them to the blog so your fellow rideshare and delivery drivers can try a new route and have a merrier Christmas driving season. 🙂

Also, do you decorate your car? Some drivers do! I’m not sure if that would increase tips but it might make YOU happier! 🙂

Thank you everyone for keeping drunk drivers off the road this Christmas and for delivering groceries and food to the elderly and at-risk populations.
